Ivan Seron, the Bubbly Promdi of Cebu, is the 4th teen big winner of PBB Teen Clash 2010.
Devon got 15.74 percentage of total votes equivalent to 142,876 text votes. She won P200,000 and a Sony Vaio laptop.
Devon grew up in a poor family in Cebu, but despite constant financial struggles, she managed to finish high school through hard work and a little help from friends.
