On last night's Pinoy Dream Academy 10th gala performance night, the scholars impressed the judges with their “celebrity duets” and Bugoy Bugayon received a very high grade of 9.81, the highest grade ever in the history of PDA, to be the Star Scholar of the week.
Bugoy’s celebrity partner was Vina Morales and their rendition of Gary V and Regine V’s “Muli” was the best of the night.

The other scholars also showed improvements in their “Performing with the Stars” assignments just like Hansen who performed “Can We Just Stop and Talk Awhile” with Rachel Alejandro; Liezel's rendition of “Tell Me” with Joey Generoso of Side A; Cris who did “Kissing a Fool” with Richard Poon, Van who performed “Bulong” with Kitchie Nadal; Laarni who sang “The Prayer” with Jed Madela; Miguel who performed “Never Say Goodbye” with Sheryn Regis; and Iñaki's rendition of “Proud Mary” with Bituin Escalante.
At the expulsion segment, Miguel received 75.97% of the votes with Iñaki getting the boot. Furthermore, Miguel is safe from expulsion next week because it was announced that best friends Van and Hansen are the new probationary scholars.
