The Black Eyed Peas – ‘The Time (Dirty Bit)’ Music Video and Lyrics

Chorus:
I've had the time of my life
And I've never felt this way before
And I swear this is true
And I owe it all to you!
Oh, I have the time of my life
And I've never felt this way before
And I swear this is true
And I owe it all to you!

Dirty bit!
Dirty bit!
I came up in here to rock
Light a fire, make it hot
I don't wanna take no pictures
I just wanna take some shots!
So come on, let's go!
Let's lose control!
Let's do it all night!
Until we can do it no more!

Keep on rocking to the sound
Turn it up and watch it pound
We gon' rock it to the top,
Until the roof come burnin' down
Get hot in here
The temperature
Has got these ladies
Getting freakier

I got freaky, freaky, baby
I was chilling with my ladies
I didn't come to get boogie
I came here to get crazy!
I was born to get wild!
That's my style!
If you didn't know that,
Well, baby, now you know now

Cause I'm
Havin'!
A good time!
With you!
I'm tellin' you!

Chorus: (x1)
Dirty bit!
Dirty bit!

All these girls they like my swagger
They call me Mick Jagger
I've been rolling like a stoned
Jet-setter, jet-lagger
We ain't messin' with no maggots
Messing with the baddest
Chicks in the club,
Honey, what's up?

Mirror, mirror on the wall
Who's the baddest of them all?
It's gotta be the apl
I'm the mack daddy, y'all
Haters better step back!
Ladies don't load your act
I'm the party application,
Rock it just like that!

This is international
Big mega radio smasher!
Cause I'm
Havin'!
A good time with you, I'm telling you!

Chorus: (x4)
Dirty bit!

Makati RTC Hears TRO Application of ABS-CBN Against "Willing Willie"

The Regional Trial Court of Makati City ruled today, December 2, to continue hearing ABS-CBN’s application for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against TV5 program “Willing-Willie,” allegedly a copycat of ABS-CBN noontime show “Wowowee.”

Judge Joselito Villarosa of Branch 66 of the Makati RTC, decided to push through with ABS-CBN’s presentation of evidence for a possible TRO amid motions raised by the defendants, including a motion to dismiss the case, a motion for Villarosa’s inhibition as presiding judge, a motion to defer the TRO hearings, and another motion requesting to drop TV5 President Ray Espinosa as one of the defendants.

Villarosa told both parties that he will decide on the various motions filed by the defense before he rules on the TRO application.

Atty. Bienvenido Somera, who is representing ABS-CBN, argued that there should be no delay in the TRO application proceedings since the Supreme Court has ruled that the filing of a motion to dismiss is not a ground for a court to stop hearing a TRO application.

Somera also argued against the motion to dismiss filed by the defendants by refuting their claim that this case is the same as that Revillame filed against ABS-CBN in the Quezon City Trial Court.

Somera reiterated that ABS-CBN’s claims against Revillame in the QC case were for breach of contract by the latter, as a talent. The new case, on the other hand, focuses on the infringement of ABS-CBN’s intellectual property by Revillame et al, as producers of “Willing-Willie.”

The 33-page complaint alleges that the “look and feel” of “Wowowee” were copied by “Willing Willie” through the imitation of the expression and execution of several elements of the program. These include the opening song and/or dance number led by its host, the singing and/or trivia game wherein contestants share their personal stories and then showcase their talents before playing the game, and the set design, stage, studio viewers’ seats lay-out, lighting, music, and camera angles of “Willing Willie,” which are strikingly similar to “Wowowee.”

In an earlier statement, ABS-CBN claimed that Revillame and company “deliberately and intentionally imitated Wowowee to steal the goodwill that Wowowee has built over the past 5 years of airing in ABS-CBN.

ABS-CBN further said, “it filed case in good faith and simply to protect its rights under the law. It’s not motivated by ‘vengeance’ to get back at anyone. Infringement of Intellectual Property rights is a very serious matter akin to stealing another’s property. It’s also like plagiarism which the public has condemned in recent events. ABS-CBN has a valid case and we will pursue it in court.”

Revillame, meanwhile, was a no-show in the court hearing yesterday, where ABS-CBN executive Marilou Almaden, the Business Unit Head for the program “Wowowee,” took the witness stand for ABS-CBN.

The legal team of ABS-CBN is set to present more evidence as the hearing on the TRO continues tomorrow morning, December 3.

Doctor Who - A Christmas Carol Promotional Pictures

Okay, here are some pictures of the upcoming BBC Interactive Game, Shadow Of The Vashta Nerada and Christmas special, A Christmas Carol as well as some synopsises for both.

Synopsis: Kicking off immediately following the cliff-hanger ending of episode three, Shadows of the Vashta Nerada sees The Doctor and Amy materialise just south of London (and about a 1000 miles to the left) inside an aquatic sea-bed colony called Poseidon. The game features a breath-taking plot which surrounds a real-world conspiracy – and, of course, takes place at Christmas.

Synopsis: It's the deepest part of winter, the exact midpoint, Christmas Eve – halfway out of the dark. Amy and Rory are trapped on a stricken space liner that's plummeting through banks of thick icy fog to the surface of the planet below. Only one man has the power to save them; only one man is in possession of a machine that can clear the fog and let them land safely. That man is Kazran Sardick, a rich but lonely old miser who rules Sardicktown with a sky-mast of iron. The Doctor's only chance of rescuing the ship's four thousand passengers is to save Kazran's soul and show him that life is worth living. For this he needs to go back, way back, to when Kazran was a boy with a life full of promise. But can the Doctor put a song in Kazran's heart and love in his life, in time for Christmas? Can he bring him out of the dark?

The Doctor has a good look around the place and for this special we've got some flying sharks to look forward to. Come on, they can't be as naff as Max Capricorn in Voyage Of The Damned, can they?
The Doctor, Kazran (Michael Gambon) and a little boy, who might be the youngest version of Kazran that we meet in this special. Only Steven Moffat would add a timey wimey bend to a timeless classic. Expect some more pictures (hopefully ones with Amy and Rory) to surface soon as well.
One more picture with Kazran, the Doctor and Abigail Pettigrew (Katherine Jenkins). Rumours has it the lovely Miss Jenkins will be singing in this episode but surely that was to be expected, right? Only twenty three days to go now. And below is a link to this year's Adventure Calender.
