GMA-7 brings back on Philippine television the most famous Pinoy superhero – Captain Barbell.
Reprising his role as Captain Barbell and its alter-ego Enteng is Richard Gutierrez.
The second series of Captain Barbell also stars Jillian Ward, Solenn Heussaff (Janna), Sam Pinto (Sammy), Lovi Poe (Althea), Frencheska Farr (Sonica), Michelle Madrigal (Blue Cyclone), Bianca King (Lary), Isabel Oli (Melanie), TJ Trinidad (Metal Man), Mike Tan (Anino) and Christopher de Leon (Nero).
Also in the cast are Eddie Gutierrez (General Armando), Jhake Vargas (Spin Boy), Bea Binene (Blade Girl), Akihiro Sato (Bruno the Hulkman), Paolo Paraiso (Rodel the Sandman), Ervic Vijandre (Kidlat), Ellen Adarna (Fuega), Jon Hall, Ces Quesada and Marky Lopez.
With the special participation of Rhian Ramos as Leah Lazaro.
“Captain Barbell” is set to premiere on March 28 under GMA’s Telebabad block.
