Kim Chiu and Renz Fernandez Exude Strong Chemistry in the Final Episode of ‘Your Song Presents Kim’

Kim Chiu and Renz Fernandez, son of Rudy Fernandez and Lorna Tolentino, get tangled up in the final episode of “Your Song presents Kim” this Sunday.

First time to do real acting, Renz explained in an interview that he is more than nervous especially that he is paired up with one of the country’s versatile actresses, Kim.

I am more than nervous. Siyempre, aside from the pressure of being the son of my mom, Lorna and my dad, Rudy Fernandez, yung makasama ko si Kim sa eksena sobra po nakakakaba. I have no experience in acting po. I have no formal training. Kaya sobrang ninerbyos ako kasi syempre ayoko naman ma-hassle po ang mga tao sa set kapag ‘di ko makuha yung eksena ng tama,” Renz explained.

According to Jerry Lopez-Sineneng, director of the final “Your Song presents Kim” episode, Kim and Renz ooze with chemistry. “As an on-screen pair, bagay sila. Hindi maitatanggi that when they’re in a scene together, ang lakas ng chemistry nila. May future ang tandem nila,” Direk Jerry said.

This TV project acts as Renz’s first immersion in real acting. Though he has been exposed to the curtains of show business because of his parents, he has tried to maintain a private life. As he now gets his feet wet in the tub of acting, Renz assures that he will not waste the opportunity given to him by ABS-CBN.

Meanwhile, the story of the last episode of ‘Your Song presents Kim” tells us that love can still grow between two individuals with opposing personalities. Abbey (Kim) is a rich girl who is not used to dealing with hard life. Jepoy (Renz) on the other hand is a guy who grew up in a ‘not-so-fine world’ and earns his living by street-boxing. Circumstances will bring Abbey and Jepoy close. However, how will Abbey and Jepoy settle their differences?

Witness the bloom of a promising tandem this Sunday in “Your Song presents Kim,” after ASAP Rocks on ABS-CBN.
