ABS-CBN proved to be the best Philippine TV station among students when it once again dominated the USTv Student’s Choice Awards for the 6th straight year.The Kapamilya network bagged 19 out of 28 awards for its outstanding and values-oriented programs and personalities.
Primetime princess Kim Chiu received her first best actress award as she was chosen the Students Choice of Actress in a Daily Soap Opera for her performance as Audrey in "Tayong Dalawa," while Zaijian "Santino" Jaranilla also had his share of firsts when he was recognized not as a child actor, but as the year's best actor by winning the Students Choice of Actor in a Daily Soap Opera.
