Hayden Panettiere goes sheer at Golden Globe parties

30 January, 2011 - Here's one way to stand out on Golden Globe night: Wear a sheer dress. Hayden Panettiere is drawing some attention with hers, which revealed pasties -- or Band-aids -- or "adhesives," as the New York's Daily News called them -- underneath. She party-hopped, hitting the HBO and InStyle-Warner Bros. post-show bashes with her boyfriend, heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko. ...

Kim Kardashian put photos on her blog of her post-Globe party fun with the Glee cast. ... And some couples tried to duck the cameras, including Alexander Skarsgard and Kate Bosworth, and Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. ...

All this talk about Ricky Gervais not being invited back to do the Globes? Loyal Lifeline Live readers know that he never wanted to be. We told you on Dec. 8 that Gervais said in a press call: "I didn't expect to be invited back a second time. I won't do it a third, so I've got nothing to lose."

Hayden Panettiere's pasties malfunction at Golden Globes after party

Hayden Panettiere apparently used pasties in an attempt to prevent a wardrobe malfunction at the Golden Globes awards afterparty on Sunday night. But it turned out to a fashion faux pas.

The former 'Heroes' actress arrived at the party wearing a low-cut, sheer navy dress, accessorized with two very visible adhesives covering her breasts. And a seemingly unaware Panettiere was seen smiling for the photographers, reports the New York Daily News.

The 21-year-old actress, who arrived with her boyfriend and heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko, was also seen promoting her latest Lifetime TV movie 'The Amanda Knox Story'.

Hayden Panettiere suffered a Golden Globes wardrobe malfunction

The pretty 21-year-old looked oblivious to the fact that the modesty preserving patches were showing up in photographs taken at HBO's after party.

Bra-less Hayden grinned as she posed in the low-cut sheer navy dress with boyfriend, heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko.

But the embarrassment didn't prevent the actress from enjoying her evening.

Hayden and her Russian beau attended a post-awards party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The loved-up pair paid a visit to the swanky HBO post party at Circa 55 restaurant in Los Angeles.

Hayden is set to star in a US TV movie next month, focusing on the trial of Amanda Knox who was convicted of sexually assaulting and murdering her British roommate Meredith Kercher in November 2007.

The actress, who plays Knox, admitted she was absorbed by the story.

She said: "It's one of those really riveting stories where you just don't know."

Hayden added: "I can't say I have an opinion. That's why the story is so interesting. I don't know that we'll ever really know."
