German supermodel Heidi Klum has sued a trader in her native country for USD 145,000 after realising that he was selling her line of scents at a discounted price.
The 'Victoria's Secret' model filed the lawsuit in a German court after discovering that products from her fashion and beauty retail empire were being being sold cheaply on auction site eBay.com, reported Contactmusic.
Klum took legal action against the unnamed trader, accusing him of cheapening her brand by selling the fragrances without a licence.
The supermodel who earned a whopping 16 million last year according to Forbes magazine had earlier slapped a USD 3,000 bill on an unemployed butcher for using her image without permission.
Meanwhile the trader denies the claims and is expected to testify in a German court on 14 July.
