Dan Gheesling Wins Big Brother 10

Dan Gheesling schooled everyone on "Big Brother 10."

The sneaky 24-year-old high school teacher from Dearborn, Mich., won the voyeuristic CBS reality show's $500,000 prize Tuesday after outlasting 12 other contestants inside a makeshift house on a Studio City soundstage. Gheesling was unanimously voted the winner by the show's jury, made up of the past seven evicted houseguests.

"My personality traits will play into my strategy and make this an easy summer for me," Gheesling told The Associated Press before going into the house in July.

Gheesling bested runner-up Robert "Memphis" Garrett, a 25-year-old Los Angeles bartender, who earned a $50,000 second-place prize. During the fourth week of competition, the pair formed an unstoppable secret alliance, dubbing themselves The Renegades and plotting to evict their fellow "Big Brother 10" houseguests.

Los Angeles waitress Keesha Smith was also voted "favorite juror" by viewers and won a $25,000 prize.
