Lindsay Lohan, who recently finished a 90-day rehab program at a Rancho Mirage, California due to DUI conviction in 2007, is again facing another possible criminal charges - this time, theft.
According to a report by radaronline on Tuesday, Lohan is reportedly being considered a suspect in the theft of a high end piece of jewelry.
Cops have asked a Los Angeles court for a search warrant for Lohan’s Venice Beach home, explaining that they have possession of a photograph and video in which Lohan is seen wearing the missing piece of jewelry which includes a necklace with $ 5,000 value.
But it is still unclear whether the judge approved the search warrant.
