The stars of the Scream film franchise were on hand last night (minus Courteney Cox) at the Spike TV Scream Awards to promote the upcoming fourth installment of the long running horror flick. And now it looks like attendees of those special awards aren’t the only ones privy to a sneak peek look at Wes Craven’s popular Sidney Prescott storyline! The Scream 4 movie trailer leaked has long time fans of the ghost face killer all pressing play. Check it out for yourself while it lasts!

Director Wes Craven, who has recently been in the news for supposed script rewrites and on set drama, has also enlisted the help of not only Scream 4 alumni’s Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, but a whole string of famous faces set to bite the dust or run like hell in his latest gore fest!
Tapped to make appearances in the Scream 4 movie will be The O.C.’s Adam Brody, UnFabulous’s Emma Roberts, True Blood’s Anna Paquin, Heroes Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Kristen Bell, Brittany Robertson, Lucy Hale, 90210’s Shenae Grimes and Friday Night Lights starlet
