Wait for me mommy! Jessica Alba's toddler Honor keeps her patient parents waiting

Jessica Alba's daughter Honor is certainly growing up fast.

No longer content to be held all the time, she enjoyed a little bit of independence as she strolled down the street while holding her own takeaway drink.
But maybe she's not quite up to the speed of parents Jessica, and father Cash Warren.

Thirsty work: Honor keeps her drink at hand as she negotiates the pavement in her gold hi-tops

The parents waited patiently for the two-year-old to catch up, but she seemed rather engrossed in the drink she was carrying.

Dressed in purple coloured acid wash jeggings, knitted hoodie and gold hi-tops, Honor was certainly streets ahead in the style stakes, even if she is lacking in speed,

Jessica was enjoying family time after a whirlwind of promotional appearances for her new film, Machete.

And she put in a sparkling appearance in New York City on the weekend.

The Machete actress sparkled as she did the rounds for Vogue's Fashion's Night Out at Ralph Lauren's SoHo Store.

Glad to be home: Honor seems pleased to have her mother back after the actress completed promotion for her new film Machete
