Manny Pacquiao is Now Leading the TIME's 100 Most Influential People of 2009

On the eve of his monumental bout against Ricky Hatton, our Pambansang Kamao Manny Pacquiao is now leading in TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World for 2009 by getting a whopping 20,391,818 number of votes.

Pacquiao is ahead of 3,597,450 votes from 4chan owner Moot. Following in 3rd place is the Korean popstar Rain with 12,762,229 votes.
